GRAPE HARVESTING:

This wine is made from a vineyard harvested in French style with the spur red cordon method, 1.50m. tall plants, wide rows just over 1 m and 8,000 vines per hectare. Here, all processes are carried out only by hand! The grape harvesting is takes place twice and only the first one, i.e. with the best grapes, "GustavoTiburzi" is produced.

VERIFICATION:
For this wine, the imperative is Tradition! Fermentation takes place in oak vats, grape pressing by hand for 30 days and malolactic fermentation in barrels without forcing, in a natural way in spring. In total, it takes 5 years for refining of which 24 months in new barriques and 12 in bottles. It is bot tled without filtration.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:
This wine is traditional, rustic, strong and of great thickness but at the same time also deep and capable of giving constant emotions expressing its characters, just like Gustavo Tiburzi. The notes of blackberries, wild berries, tobacco, earth, mint and almost balsamic sensations confirm the great complexity of this wine. In the mouth, it is a winner for its power and depth.
